Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Irina Shayk:
No.
I don’t believe in diets! I never in my life was on diet I am in love with food to be honest! I prefer to eat healthy food, and from time to time I can indulge myself and have a dessert. But I am working out a lot and it helps to keep a healthy balance.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Ms. Irina Shayk:
Since I travel so much I try to clean and refresh my skin at list 2 or 3 times a day ! I moisturize it with my favorite cream from Avon ! Once a week I make a coconut oil mask and I always to drink a lot of water and green tea. When I am in NY once a week I go to Russian banya (steam room), it works great for my skin. I don’t do facials – my skin doesn’t need it.
With my hair I am using masks (my favorite one is coconut oil mask) and I try to avoid hair dryer when I can.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
How did you feel on being selected by Glamour Spain as “Best International Model of 2010” and being voted “Sexiest Woman In The World” by the Hungarian magazine Periodika in 2011?
Ms. Irina Shayk:
The most important award in my carrier I received from Michael Bloomberg for Russian heritage 2012 as the First Russian model on a cover of Sports Illustrated magazine. Every time when I get an award I feel extremely grateful to all those people who vote for me and it’s always an honor.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about your experience of working as an actress as the wife of Hercules in the 2014 film “Hercules” ?
Ms. Irina Shayk:
It was an amazing opportunity. I received a request for an audition and when I saw the script I loved it! The cast was amazing and I love the work Brett Rather does. So I did the tape and they chose me – I was so happy!
To be in set of Brett Rather’s movie was a dream come true! The whole team was extremely professional and they all helped me to do my best for my acting experience.
Acting is so different from modeling – I had to learn plenty of things on a set. I always loved Greek mythology, even my name has Greek origin and I thing it kind of a destiny for me.
