Ms. Namita Nayyar: You started working as a model at age 13, and at the age of 17 moved to London to become a professional model. You were crowned miss wales in 2003. This propelled your modelling career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of fashion and glamour modelling and has also being featured as cover model for the zoo and maxim magazines. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?
Ms. Imogen Thomas: I was told I was never going to make it as a model because I was too fat and too short. But I went on a TV show called big brother and this all changed, the agencies came knocking on my door when I came out. I declined their offers to be on their books. When I was 17 things were difficult for me. I had no money and was trying everything to be seen and noticed. I had rejection after rejection.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are world leading media personality, model, actress, reality TV star, style icon and a brand ambassador. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Imogen Thomas: I don’t know how I do it. I’m just me. I’ve always worked so hard and always wanted everything in life. I’ve invested well and able to give my daughter a lovely lifestyle. I juggle being a mum and running my own online baby boutique called Aribella boutique. www.aribellaboutique.co.uk
