Ms. Namita Nayyar: You must have been interested in fitness and sports at an early age. You transformed your own body with weightlifting in 2013. Later you were encouraged & motivated to compete in fitness competitions. You reached the pinnacle of success by being a leading fitness model. Tell us about your journey that took you to the the world of fitness?
Ms. Hope Beel: My name is Hope Beel, I’m 26 years old and I reside in Dallas, Tx. My fitness career started 4 years ago. I have always been active and an athlete all throughout my high school years but I never had the passion to take it to the next level until I met my better half, Justin Martin, who is a personal trainer and who convinced me to train for my first bikini competition. I had never actively lifted weights to gain muscle so it was all new to me. I was the girl who ate pizza and ran 5 miles to try to stay in shape. Little did I know that I would fall in love with the lifestyle and take my fitness career to a whole new level after my first competition. I placed 2nd in one of the largest NPC fitness competitions and that gave me the confidence to continue. Luckily, I met an amazing photographer who introduced me to my amazing sponsor Fitness Gurls and my career then really took off. From gracing the covers of several magazines, continuing to compete, and succeed, all while building my brand and social media.
