Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime
or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Heide Lindgren: I like to say I'm "consistently
inconsistent" as I constantly like to try new things, but I am
trying to change that. I've found a place that I love to take
spin classes called Swerve as it has a competitive edge that
I've struggled to find elsewhere.
My friend also owns a great gym called S10 that is a very male
and strength-driven environment, which I love. I love to feel
strong and feel like I can do anything. Working with him, I am
constantly able to surprise myself and his knowledge regarding
everything fitness and nutrition makes me feel safe.
