Ms. Namita Nayyar:
How do you think has the role of fitness changed for women in Saudi Arabia?
Ms. Haya Sawan:
Health and fitness has come along way in Saudi Arabia, there has been so much more awareness regarding health and fitness and it is only getting better!
Fitness gyms are opening everywhere, with many different types of exercises! Fully equipped and with great creative designs.
TRX, Circuit training, Crossfit…you name it!
Yoga and Pilates are also becoming very popular here with highly qualified Saudi instructors.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding models who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in field of modelling?
Ms. Haya Sawan:
Believe in yourself, know – and appreciate – your style and your niche and go for it. Try to shoot with respected photographers and don’t take being turned down for things personal. Many big names got plenty of “no’s” before they got a “yes”. I definitely think its easier for aspiring models to get spotted now because of social media, which is fantastic.
