Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Being a fitness coach, you are an example of the new generation of Saudi women who are changing the course of things in the country. You coach women much older and younger in your bootcamp classes in Jeddah. Walk us through your incredible fitness journey and tell us how it all began?
Ms. Haya Sawan:
Fitness has always been a big part of my life growing up.
It is after I had my first baby that I was approached by my trainer at the time who told me she saw how passionate I was about fitness and that I should consider being a fitness trainer.
That to me was an eye opener, I truly realized that this might be possible.
I worked hard and got my certifications and as I started training I felt so happy doing it, the best part is seeing people change, become stronger, prouder and happier!
But the one person who encouraged me to start and who has been my true supporter is my husband.
He believed I was able to do it! and for him I am thankful!
