How do you train your abs?

One secret to your toned body. 200 abs a day. I like to use ankle weights that help give me a little resistance to work them harder. Also strengthening my core with arms workouts and planks which all help me develop and keep abs.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Hannah Widmer:
Yes I do. I eat very healthy and regularly exercise. But you must allow yourself to have treats. I was known to be able to eat an XL Symphony Bar in under one minute. That’s how much I love candy. So it’s a challenge to stay away from it.

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.
Hannah Widmer:
Five foods you absolutely love: chocolate, potatoes, green beans, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw
and five you keep to a minimum: macaroni and cheese, chocolate, bread, pizza, and Culver’s.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Hannah Widmer:
Hair: I use a variety of shampoos. I switch them once a month. I use Nexus and Monat Primarily. Wash my hair every day.
Skincare: Proactive 2x a day, and dove body wash rose scented. It smells like great grandma. So it’s always been my most favorite.
