Ms. Namita Nayyar:
When playing professional sports, athletes often face injuries and other difficulties, would you like to tell the audience about how to cope up and make a comeback after an injury?
Ms. Gracie Gold:
Coming back from injury or other difficulties is more mentally difficult than physically. That’s the hardest part to overcome. Often the athlete loses faith in themselves and their ability to perform. I often rely on the people around me. That’s why it’s so important to have a strong support system around you. So when times get tough, you have people who love, support you, and believe in you, even when you don’t believe in yourself.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
With an audience of over 309k followers on your Instagram account @graciegold95 you’re a social media sensation and an internet leading star. How does it feel that you are able to influence and inspire the healthy lifestyle of so many individuals?
Ms. Gracie Gold:
I was amazed during the Olympics how many people began following my Instagram! It really pushes me to be the best version of myself because I know how many people look to me for inspiration. It makes me a better person.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What do you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Ms. Gracie Gold:
Thanks so much for all of the love and support guys! Remember life is for living and it’s NEVER to late to be the person you’ve always wanted to be!
