Instagram’s “Sexy Fitness Model” Gia Macool Talks About Loving and Sculpting Your Body
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Gia Macool: I eat natural, fresh whole foods. I stay away from processed foods, sugars, and most factory made foods. I eat often and I don’t restrict myself from food groups. If I want pizza or cake I do it but I find healthy ways to eat it.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Gia Macool: I take care of myself. All my treatments are on my IG, Facebook, and CoolFitTV pages. If your sensible, smart about what you do to your body then your hair, skin and nails will follow. Pretty simple really:)
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fitness and glamour models who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in field of fitness and glamour modeling ?
Ms. Gia Macool: If your doing this to gain fame, money or any other fleeting thing in this world…you’re doing it for the wrong reasons! Do it cause you want to help people and KNOW you won’t get rich off of this. If you still want to do it then you probably will be successful. If you’re having to think twice then you’re not going to last. Never compromise your morals, the ones you love, and what makes you who YOU ARE, for this industry. It’s not worth it!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are the co-host of the fitness channel called CoolFitTV on YouTube. Would you like to enlighten us about your famous Youtube channel “CoolFitTV”?
Ms. Gia Macool: It’s a place that I can show people who I truly am. It’s not set up with flashy things. My hair and makeup isn’t done by some team. I’m not trying to be anybody but myself. I try to be real with my followers so they know if they ever need advice on fitness they have a resource to go to. I’m not perfect or pretend to know everything. I’m still learning as I go but what I share what has helped me achieve my goals AND WANT TO SHARE IT WITH OTHERS.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Who has been your greatest influence and motivator in your success in the field of modeling and fitness?
Ms. Gia Macool: I have learned not to compare or admire anyone in particular only because we are all just human. We make mistakes like everyone and that’s ok but what’s really important to learn from them and choose to be better.
