What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Georgia-Mae Fenton:
I normally train six days a week roughly eight hours a day I also do strength and conditioning program every Wednesday and Saturday, we like to include ballet a few times a week too. I always like to keep on track with my physio programs to make sure I am fit enough to train consistently. I like to have a routine and be organized.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Georgia-Mae Fenton:
Personally I don’t follow any strict diet I do however make sure to eat healthy every day and ensure that I eat the right food to recover and refuel my body so I can train the next day but I do still have treats and I’m not too strict on myself.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Georgia-Mae Fenton:
For skincare I try to use products that don’t have fragrance in them as my skin can be quite sensitive I have recently started using Cerave cleanser and moisturizer which I really like, I make sure to double cleanse my face using micellar water and my Clinique cream cleanser to take my makeup off then use my Cerave cleanser after and then moisturize and I have found this keeps my skin in good condition otherwise I don’t do too much else. For my hair care I’m still trying to figure out what works best but I use lots of coconut and Argan oil on my hair to stop it from being dry.
