Gemma Merna an accomplished television actress of “Hollyoaks series fame” is in conversation with Namita Nayyar President Women Fitness
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Your portraying the role of Carmel McQueen in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks from 2006 propelled your professional career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of acting and glamour. Tell us about your journey that took you to where you are now in the world of acting and modelling?
Ms. Gemma Merna:
Hollyoaks was my first big break. I love being in the show. I was so honored to win a British Soap Award in my first year. Everyday I try to improve and I don’t take anything for granted.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Gemma Merna:
I really enjoy yoga its great for the mind and body. I also love working out in the gym.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Gemma Merna:
I have a balanced diet, low in Sugar. My new must have drink is Skinny V, its so nice and zero calories.
