Ms. Namita Nayyar: Introduce us to a day in the life of “Gabrielle Epstein”.
Ms. Gabrielle Epstein: Everyday is so different! I’m usually in a different country or state every other week, at the moment so establishing routine is impossible for me. When I’m travelling, it’s completely unpredictable, everyday is an adventure.
When I’m home though, which is only for about a week at a time, at the moment, I crave routine. I usually hit the gym by 5:30am/6am, and workout for an hour-1.5 hours, then I’ll go home and eat breakfast and make a list of everything I need to do that day. Then usually work from home, or from my laptop at a coffee shop, and catch up with my family or my friends.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a blogger, model and co-owner of gabriellegrace.com. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Gabrielle Epstein: My time management skills have improved drastically haha! I have always been a morning person, but I find I’m much more productive when I get up early and get everything I need to do out of the way as soon as possible to avoid procrastination and I’m a huge list person.
I’ve also learnt that not everything will be in my control and sometimes life doesn’t go the way you plan, but when life throws you curveballs you just have to roll with it.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Gabrielle Epstein: I grew up playing sport and love challenging myself with my workouts and always try and mix it up. At the moment I workout with a combination of jogging, boxing trainer, HIIIT circuits and try to get to yoga at least once a week!
