Tell us about your journey to becoming Vegan. Also, we would like to know about our Top 3 Favorite Vegan Recipes.
Ms. Frenchy Morgan:
I’m a vegetarian vegan since I’m 17. I don’t want to eat dead animal or support animal cruelty, believe it or not if the whole planet was vegan no one will starve. It takes billions of dollars to produce meat, fish and murder animals, I’m the living proof u can be healthy and vegan.
My 3 favorite things, I cook and eat are:
Tomatoes mozzarella Basil olive oil vinegar
Pasta with cayenne pepper spinach tomatoes fresh ginger mushrooms and mozzarella and Parmesan
I don’t eat egg or dairy besides cheese.
Vegan chocolate mousse
Avocado almond milk honey cinnamon dark chocolate is so good
I cook everyday.

You have done various photo shoots with several top brands. How are you so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Ms. Frenchy Morgan:
I have always been comfortable with nudity, sexiness and posing. I feel I look better now that I’m 41.
