Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Introduce us to a day in your life.
Ms. Frances Bishop:
It’s pretty chaotic most of the day! Each day I’ll get up, make Oscar’s breakfast and his packed lunch for pre-school. Neal will pop the coffee on (we can’t start our day without good coffee!), then he’ll walk the dog whilst I get Oscar ready. Neal drops Oscar off each day as depending which store I’m at I have about an hour commute to work! Once I get into store I’ll make sure both shops know exactly whats on the agenda for that day. Online orders will be packed and sent, and I’ll spend the day doing what needs to be done! It get can pretty hectic in Pud! Each day is different and I love that – it keeps it fun. I usually get home around 6pm, and we will have dinner as a family…I’m pretty boring in that I’m in bed most nights by 9pm!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are TV personality, businesswoman, celebrity, a wife and a mother. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Frances Bishop:
I wouldn’t say I’m a celebrity at all! Probably just a little more in the public eye. I love my family, and they are always at the centre of everything I do. I disagree when people say you cant have it all. I think you can, its just about balance and loving what you do. If you don’t love what you do…then why expend so much energy on it! My business is my second baby, and work never feels like work so I think that’s probably why I can balance everything,
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Frances Bishop:
I was a former world Karate Champion, and as a teen and in my early 20’s I loved running. That was my release. Now though as life gets more hectic, I’m on my feet most of the day…I actually wear my running trainers to work most days, as I find I’m not only more productive but my feet don’t hurt! Neal is very fit and shows me a few of his routines which is great if I had time!
