I go to the gym six times a week and it gives me so much energy throughout my day. Also, I do yoga and dancing classes. Once a week I work with a personal trainer as well.

Ellen Stark:
My secret to my body is keeping both diet and exercise in mind. Also, a mix of cardio and weightlifting is necessary for losing fat and gaining muscles.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ellen Stark:
I try to eat as much vegan and vegetarian as I can but when I go out I also try not to restrict myself and eat what my body feels like. My lemon water with honey is the first thing I drink every morning because it cleans the blood from toxins and boost the immune system.

Minimum foods are:
- Fast foods
