Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding professional dance girls who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to ladder of success in the field professional dancing?
Ms. Eliana Girard:
This road is not easy and doesn’t just come to you. However much work you’re willing to put in reaps the same amount of rewards. You have to do this career full heartedly! Every time I feel scared to audition or try anything new, I always remind myself that I would feel more regret not trying then giving it a shot and it not working out.
There’s no such thing as failure! It is a means of getting you to the next step! I say go for whatever your heart desires because this life is worth making it what you want it to be!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
How did you feel before and after your memorable wining the “So You Think You Can Dance” Season 9 ?
Ms. Eliana Girard:
I honestly wasn’t going to audition because I was too scared too! My mom had to kick my butt to go, and I have her to thank because I wouldn’t have even tried without her support! Every moment through out the competition is something that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life! It felt like the best summer camp EVER! And it’s still hard for me to this day to believe that it all actually happened haha!!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about your experience at “Viva ELVIS” ?
Ms. Eliana Girard:
It was the best job to start my career off with! It taught me how to suck up pain, injuries, and laziness and to keep pushing on. Like they always say, “the show must go on”. I learned about the importance of being a team when it comes to putting on shows. It was great to be challenged on being a quick learner because there were many of times where someone would go out during shows so you’d have to mentally know everyone’s track and positions on stage and change the line up in an instance. Also we’d have the fastest record for quick changes hahaha!! But overall we became family and I still keep in contact with everyone to this day!
