Women Fitness:
When did you realize that you needed to lose weight?
Jennifer Ginley:
I do videos and I thought the camera had put on 30lbs not 10. I had developed 2 chins. My behind had got so big it was causing me lower back pain (lordosis), it was horrible I was in pain walking very short distances.
Women Fitness:
How has your weight loss journey been? What were the milestones that you had to overcome?
Jennifer Ginley:
It has been AMAZING!!! I made up my mind and went for it. I gave up carbs, sugar and dairy for 3 months that was HUGE FOR ME!!!
Women Fitness:
What is your fitness regime like?
Jennifer Ginley:
In the summer I would run and walk. I use the app running for weightloss (it is free) and it is a 30 minute workout and then I walk the remainder to get 6 miles per day (16k steps). Now I walk 6-10 miles a day.
Women Fitness:
In a typical day, what do you take for breakfast-lunch-dinner? And what are your go-to healthy snacks?
Jennifer Ginley:
Breakfast an apple, lunch chicken or beef and a vegetable (my favorite veggies are) spinach or brussel sprouts or cabbage and the same for dinner. Apple slices are my usual snack and some time buddy fruits applesauce I love the banana and apple and spinach,pear and applesauce. I also drink 1 gallon of water a day and I put benefiber in all of my water.

Who/What do you consider the greatest motivation behind your healthy weight loss journey?
Jennifer Ginley:
My greatest motivation is how many people I have inspired to do the same thing.
Women Fitness:
What is your 2018 New Year Resolution to maintain to stay healthy & fit?
Jennifer Ginley:
In 2018 I am going to begin weight training to transform my new body.
