You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Dessie Mitcheson:
Thank you! Growing up my grandmother and mom always used Merle Norman makeup and still do! So now that is the only moisturizer and base I use on my skin. I also wash my face daily and use SPF if I am out in the sun. For my hair, I get it trimmed on a regular basis and I don’t color it or lighten it.

Advice and motivational words for the inspiring and budding models who all are your fans, what should they do for their climb to the ladder of success in modeling?
Ms. Dessie Mitcheson:
Start entering contests, work with businesses in your area, build a great portfolio by working with quality photographers, and have fun with it! Never compare yourself to other girls, everyone is different and have something unique to offer!

How did you feel before and after when out of over 2,000 girls who originally entered the high profile contest you won the Maxim Magazine 2013 Hometown Hottie!?
Ms. Dessie Mitcheson:
Entering Maxim’s yearly contest was one of the best experiences of my life. I never imagined I would win, and once I did win I was ecstatic and honored that they wanted me to represent their brand. It has been a huge part of my modeling career and will continue to be.
