Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have studied History, Sociology, French at A-level and also achieved Advanced Level 2 in Ballet. How this education and experience helped you in your career as a model and theater actress ?
Ms. Danielle Lineker:
My studies and ballet have taught me discipline, practice and how to apply myself. The task of line learning always feels like a chore but it had to be done. You have to allow yourself that time as it cannot be done ‘on the job’.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Danielle Lineker:
My husband is very fit after a lifetime of being a sportsman. He helps me a lot. I try to run outdoors near our home every other day. I am not a fan of gyms I prefer to be with nature whatever the weather. I do Pilates using a Cadillac or reformer just once a week and try to incorporate pilates everyday just to wake my body up.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Danielle Lineker:
I don’t have any special diet although I try to make sure it’s balanced. If I want to trim down I cut out carbs. I have been trying very hard to cut out sugar and dairy. It’s difficult. I love to green juice and I try I make a power smoothie everyday. I use berries, banana, macca, chia and linseed.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Danielle Lineker:
I believe good skin and hair come from what you eat and put into your body. I take fish oils everyday and also eat a lot of sashimi. I have coconut oil daily and try to use it when I cook. I have regular vitamin c facials.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words for the inspiring and budding women actresses and models who all are your fans, what should they do for their climb to the ladder of success in acting and modeling?
Ms. Danielle Lineker:
Work hard and never give up. Have every confidence in yourself. In both professions you will take many hard knocks. You have to pick yourself up and carry on.
