Namita Nayyar:
How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Daisey O’Donnell:
There is not really a secret with how I keep my body toned. The biggest thing that I really do to train my abs is by mixing it up. I think a lot of people do workouts to just workout their abs and get frustrated when they don’t see results. I really try to mix up my workout routine but making sure that they all engage my core. I do this through cardio, weight training, and home-style HIIT workouts targeting the core.
Namita Nayyar:
Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.
Daisey O’Donnell:
I love mash potatoes, pasta, soup (any soup I’m obsessed with) with bread and butter, of course, fruit and Mac and cheese. I keep foods such as cake, sweets, chocolate, pizza and fried food to a minimum. My app includes recommended protein, carbs and good fats if anyone is unsure of what to eat.
Namita Nayyar:
Five skincare myths
Daisey O’Donnell:
The more products you use the worse in my opinion. It’s only going to clog your pores! Using sudocream on spots never works, black head strips don’t work, the three step cleanse tone moisturise is not necessary it depends what skin type you have everyone is different and exfoliating so often in my opinion isn’t necessary.
Namita Nayyar:
Five athletic leisure brands you love to wear.
Daisey O’Donnell:
My brand odolls sport is my favourite of course it’s fun, bright and fits perfect. I like under armour for their long sleeve zip up tops, Nike has the best leggings, Ryder wear has the cutest shorts and Saski collection in general is amazing.
Namita Nayyar:
Five travel destinations on your wish list.
Daisey O’Donnell:
Hawaii is my first it looks so beautiful it’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to go. The mountain views and beaches look amazing. Tokyo looks incredible the technology is so advanced I find it fascinating and the fashion is also so advanced I would find it so interesting.
St tropez would definitely be up my street I love the lifestyle there with the yachts, shopping and night life. Maldives is a must and I’m definitely saving that one for the honey moon. I’d also love to go to Nashville I love country music it makes me feel really happy and I think the atmosphere with the live music and night life would be unreal.
