Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have said that your childhood was “beautiful and fun” and later your modeling and television career reached to the height where you have been at the top of the world of glamour and beauty. Tell us something about this spectacular professional journey ?
Ms. Courtney Stodden:
My journey thus far has been so exciting. I always knew that no matter what, I’d stay true to who I am & never give up on my dreams. This entire experience so far has been such a gift & I feel absolutely blessed.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Share your exercise routine that you do to maintain such a bikini perfect physique?
Ms. Courtney Stodden:
Well, I make sure that I take invigorating hikes, daily. Walking is incredibly healthy – not only physically – but mentally, as well. I also make sure I keep my stomach tight by doing my own unique abdominal routines.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?
Ms. Courtney Stodden:
I have a very healthy diet. I’m vegetarian, so no meats whatsoever. Protein is a very important part of my diet & I get it by eating assorted nuts, tofu, certain dairy products, taking vitamins regularly … & drinking my own concocted protein shakes (they’re delicious)!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are a renowned ‘ vegetarian’. Tell us the benefits you experienced on being a vegetarian?
Ms. Courtney Stodden:
I highly suggest meat lovers to switch to vegetarianism. There are so many benefits in doing so. Vegetarians are at lower risk for stroke, heart disease, diabetes, cancer. The vegetarian diet is also lower in saturated fat, which obviously helps improve any diet. Not to mention all of the innocent lives we’re saving by switching. It’s just a better way of living all around.
