I always workout at 8 am! If I don’t work out in the morning I won’t work out at all. I do a lot of different types of workouts, yoga is definitely my favorite. Other than yoga I go for morning jogs, hit the weights, and sometimes Pilates.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some specific diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit? Five foods that are a big NO in your diet.
Corrie Yee:
I keep a well-balanced diet and try to stay away from carbs. Lean meat and a lot of leafy green veggies are part of my daily diet. However, I always have at least 1-2 cheat days out of the week. Five foods that I stay away from are tomatoes, cinnamon, cooked salmon (I like it raw), liver, and eggs, simply because I don’t like them!
