Being a vegetarian means number one to be cruelty free and number two to be healthy!!! I love lean vegan cereal with non dairy milk, protein oatmeal, home made açaí bowl with nuts and seeds, avocado on wheat bread and vegan slices or a British style breakfast with baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.

I can’t recall one single time I went to bed with make up on. My skin tends to be very dry so I use moisturizer and try to pick products containing hyaluronic acid and vegan collagen.. I love coconut oil and vitamin e supplements to stay hydrated inside out!!!
