Dance! Being a former NFL Cheerleader dance has always been my main source of exercise. My body is at its best when I’m dancing. Luckily I’m able to instruct a Heels Dance class at GETFIT Academy here in South Florida. We always begin with a warm-up, squats and stretch! Dancing in heels is like training with ankle weights it’s an added bonus you are working legs glutes and core just by standing in heels, now add a few 8 counts and you’re working double time!

Every morning I have my coffee protein shake I’m not a huge breakfast person so these protein shakes are the perfect combination of energy and fullness to start my day!
