Women Fitness talks about diets and fitness regime, do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine?
Chloee Tinnin:
When it comes to diets and food within your fitness routine you always want to make sure you have enough protein and taking the right supplements. For me I’m a huge fan of supplements instead of stilling to one diet plan.
Because even though diets are good for you sometimes you can lose muscle mass instead of gaining it. With this I tend to do bcca, creatine, pump and vitamins supplements daily when I’m working out. This combination when taking correctly can really help improve your muscle gain while losing fat where it needs to be.
Namita Nayyar:
Five foods you love and five you keep to a minimum.
Chloee Tinnin:
Five foods that I love is fruit, spinach, and chicken. And five I keep to a minimum is bread, rice, and sweets.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Chloee Tinnin:
For me, hair care and skin care routine is everything! I love to do my research on products before using them, or sharing them with other people because you’re never sure how products will react to your personal body. With this I’ve had the same routine for a while now when it comes to my hair, it is actually all natural and I don’t dye, bleach or do anything to it except for a cut here and there. What I do use is all natural oils in my hair after I get out of the shower.
With my skin routine I tend to do the same thing and keep it as natural as possible. For me a use a cleanser every morning and night with a moisturizer.
