Ms. Namita Nayyar: How is a day like in the life of a Professional Golfer “Chelsea Pezzola”?
Ms. Chelsea Pezzola: A normal day for me consists of a morning workout at my country club gym, followed by practice. A typical schedule consists of a morning practice which I call block practice. During this time, I mainly work on the range, the chipping green, and the putting green specially focusing on technique (such as swing changes or putting stroke) followed by practice drills. Then I head to course for the rest of the afternoon. I love having matches with my friends, tour or members at my course! In the evenings, I either head to yoga (one of my favorite part of the day) or hang with friends, try new fun local restaurants, or just enjoy the local scene.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Since we know that you have your eyes set on the LGPA. Share with us your preparations for conquering that?
Ms. Chelsea Pezzola: I set small goals each day both on and off the course that act as stepping stones for my big goal of being on the LPGA. Derek Jeter once gave me the advice, “do something each day that makes you better tomorrow” and that is exactly how I take each day of preparation.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a professional golfer, celebrity, model and a brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Chelsea Pezzola: By enjoying every minute of it. I’m so blessed to be able to chase my dream of being on the LPGA. I am doing what I love while getting to travel to so many different cool places and meet so many inspiring people. I absolutely love modeling and being a brand ambassador as I hope to bring attention to women’s golf and inspire other female golfers. The ultimate goal is to grow the game of women’s golf!!
