Introduce us to a typical day in your life.
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
My schedule varies enormously so there’s no such thing as a typical day, however yesterday for example I had a morning TV show talking about my new book 30 day blitz, then I went over to MTV to film for MTV news and then I had 2 meetings, one with my manager and one with series producer for a new show I’m working on.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
That very much depends on how busy my schedule is but I will always try and incorporate movement into my daily routines wherever I am, even getting something out of the fridge can be an exercise, the “ fridge squat” then there’s the stairs, they are always great for the legs. I love HIIT when I have the time and I walk the dogs for miles when I am at home.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
No I don’t follow a strict diet or menu, I just try and stick to healthy food options and drink lots of water.
