It can be challenging at times! I really love what I do, so that helps. I love working and and building. I also still try to take personal time for myself, whether it’s just my daily workout, lunch with friends, or spending time at home with my dogs.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

I do my workout, Carrie’s Pilates Plus, www.CarriesPilatesPlus.com, lunges, and sometimes I do interval training on the treadmill.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Carrie Minter:
I’ve never been able to diet. I try my best to be healthy, but I don’t deprive myself of anything!
