Thank you so much for the compliment. Every morning I wash my face with cold water, and at night wash my face in the shower or bath and put on a night cream, very basic and simple π As well with my hair when I wash it I always after shampoo put in conditioner and leave it in for a few min before I rinse and I always dry my hair.

Injury in sports becomes unavoidable in some instances and one is left to face physical challenges. How did you go about managing the physical challenges of the sport? What is your advice for upcoming sprint athletes to cope with the stress of competition?
Carina Horn:
To face and overcome physical challenges, I think the most important is to have strong mental toughness. Your mind and attitude towards what you are facing must stay strong and positive and try to remember what you working towards and see every challenge as something that actually just makes you stronger, and with that you become so much better. To grow yourself mentally and physically. Face everything with maturity and a clear vision.
Just always follow your heart and remember why you started, do what is put in your heart, your passion and what will make you happy. Keep your focus, hard times is part of the journey, itβs how you handle everything.
