Ms. Namita Nayyar: In 2015, you began power-lifting with the USA Powerlifting Federation. Your final personal records were; squat 192lb, bench 115lb, deadlifts 248lb weighing in at 114lb. How do you feel about achieving these benchmarks?
Ms. Brittni Shae: I sure did! I felt great, it is an amazing feeling being under those heavy weights and accomplishing something you work so hard for! I actually just competed again 5 weeks after my pro bikini competition and beat my own personal records weighing in at 111lb! My squat was 203.9lb and deadlift was 253.5lb! I won 1st place in that meet. I plan to do another next year!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of being the Owner of BShaeFit, LLC WBFF Pro Bikini * competitor, a fitness model, ISFTA certified personal trainer, sports and fitness nutrition specialist?
Ms. Brittni Shae: Believe it or not I also work full-time as an occupational therapist too! I just love being able to help others, whether it would be via a client plan, coaching, motivation, or information provider!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
