There are so many great exercises I have in my routine, but I think my favourite part is running. It’s such a great way to clear your mind and stay in shape. I also do various plyometric to help keep my jumps strong.
Namita Nayyar:
Share the diet that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit? Five foods you absolutely love that are completely nutritious.
Bradie Tennell:
I would say my diet consists of lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats and fish. Some of my favorites include sushi, chicken veggie stir fry, kiwi, pineapples and dried mangos.

Having to train constantly, how do you take care of your skin and hair? Five skin boosters.
Bradie Tennell:
I have super sensitive skin so I have to be really careful with what I put on it. I really love Shaklee’s acne clarifying complex for stubborn breakouts. I just dab a bit of it on the blemish, and by the next morning it’s usually gone. As for my hair, I always have it in a bun for training because it is very thick. I try to find hair products that are paraben free and my absolute favourite ones are from Shaklee. It leaves my hair feeling so soft and shiny.
