My Story:
A few years ago, I almost lost my life to late stage Lyme Disease, also known as Lyme borreliosis, an infectious disease caused by a bacterium named Borrelia spread by ticks. Coming back to life after a Near Death Experience in my mid 50’s, there was no place for me. I began a mission to use my voice and my platform to inspire and empower women at Midlife and Beyond through my global community, The Forever Fierce Revolution.
“Forever Fierce Media was launched as one of my social service campaigns, The Fierce 50, went viral to produce message-based content for national brands targeting the over 40 demographics. My lifestyle blog, CatherineGraceO, is designed to help women in their 2nd and 3rd acts Master Modern Midlife.”
Rocking Through Middle-life
Never, have women over 50 had health and vitality, wisdom and life experience, longevity and the pocketbooks to boot, all at the same time.
Today, women at Midlife are the perfect storm.
We aren’t older. We are bolder! We have created a new “Longevity Economy” that’s disrupting the perception of older women to one that is relevant and empowered. Today, women over 50 are the largest demographic in history launching new businesses.
“We aren’t rocking in rocking chairs; we are rocking Midlife in a whole new way. We aren’t our mothers and our grandmothers but an entirely new generation of women living our lives our way. We are Fierce. We are Bold. We are busting through glass ceilings and shifting paradigms and perception of what aging should look like. We are showing younger generations that there’s nothing to fear and everything to look forward to.
