7am I wake up, cuddle my puppy @SporteTheFrenchie, get ready, grab either a green juice and almond latte, sit down at my work desk and go through my to-do list, work emails and what needs to be done for the day. Depending on how busy I am and what meetings I have penned in my diary I’ll schedule in a yoga workout. Finish work then organize dinner and spend some quality time with my puppy and husband 🙂

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?

Yoga, yoga and yoga. Sometimes I’ll go for an indoor mountain climb or a hike.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Bianca Cheah:
Nope I just eat clean and lean and everything in moderation. I drink herbal teas and kombucha everyday.

Just like my mumma taught me I cleanse and moisturize every single morning and night. And I wash my hair three times per week. I actually don’t use a conditioner, but only use a hair mask. Really simple beauty routine 🙂
