Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed
regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in
perfect health?
Ms. Bernadett Matassa: Unfortunately my diet has to be extremely
specific because I have a lot of allergies. I'm allergic to gluten
lactose and artificial sweeteners... When I'm off-season I try to
eat 5 to 6 meals a day about 2-3 hours apart. The morning meals
include complex carbohydrates and proteins along with some fruit. In
the afternoon I try to only focus on vegetables and meat maybe some
nuts for snack. I drink a lot of water and take a lot of supplements
to replace all the vitamins and minerals I won't get from the foods
I cannot eat.
