I own my own coaching business called Ashley Wilke Fit. I help women become the most confident and healthiest versions of themself using a plant-based approach.

My advice is to be yourself, stay healthy (both mentally and physically), and don’t be afraid to reach out to agencies and brands who you would like to work with!

You are an animal lover and volunteer regularly at local shelters & sanctuaries. Tell us more about these endeavors of yours of giving back to society?
Ashley Wilke:
I have always loved animals and believe that part of the reason I was put on this earth is to create awareness on animal welfare! I volunteer at various animal rescue groups both in person and use my voice on social media to raise awareness.
