Namita Nayyar:
During the Covid pandemic. Tell us more about your routine to remain fit in those challenging times?
Annebeth Kubbe:
At the time of Covid pandemic I lived in Denmark. In Denmark it has never been as locked down as in Holland. I worked and trained at that time at the same location. I was stable manager by a physiotherapy company. Because of my work with horses I could keep going with my job. At this job I had a private gym where I could keep practicing. Also by then I just got my own horse evermore. Because it was my own horse i was allowed to keep training and working with him. Long story short; for me the Covid Pandemic didn’t change my training routine.
Namita Nayyar:
In sports like Equestrian vaulting how were you able to overcome any physical or sports injury setbacks and what advice can you give to those in a similar situation.
Annebeth Kubbe:
Ohh that’s a difficult question and I cannot give a good answer to this; because my injuries never went away during my vaulting career… I just accepted the pain. But this is really bad advice, so I hope none of my vaulters are reading this and taking this as advice.
Namita Nayyar:
What do you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and the message for its visitors?
Annebeth Kubbe:
Believe in yourself, be determined and keep listening to yourself. Stay in touch with yourself, because your body has all the answers.

Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding Equestrian Vaulting girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of Equestrian Vaulting?
Annebeth Kubbe:
The vaulting sport is a beautiful place were your competitors become your friends and family! But unfortunately there are also multiple stories of coaches that misused their power. Because of the small community in the vaulting sport it’s hard to talk about it. I want to say to every athlete that if you feel dependent in anyway of your coach that you keep talking to your friends and family about how you feel. Always make your own decisions and follow your heart, it knows your way to your dreams.
Namita Nayyar:
A message for your ardent admirers on Instagram.
