You are the Co-Founder at Seedlyfe. Tell us more about this venture.
Anna Rawson:
Seedlyfe is co-founded by my good friend celebrity doula Lori Bregman and provides superfood smoothie powders for all stages of womanhood. Our first product is a fertility smoothie blend that is loaded with all the essential nutrients to help women boost their fertility. When I was trying to get pregnant, I researched all the best superfood supplements to boost egg quality, balance hormones and increase cervical mucus. I was taking over 25 supplements a day! Seedlyfe combines all those necessary supplements/superfoods into one convenient great tasting powder!! We are currently formulating our Pregnancy and New mom blends which should launch early next year. Lori and I spoke to so many women struggling with hormone balance and reproductive issues but were both surprised that there are no products in the market serving these woman! We knew we needed to create something that could help so many.

During your time as a professional golfer, what fitness tips did you embrace that you have stuck with you till date?
Anna Rawson:
Foam rolling or any type of massage really helps! I am also a huge fan of pilates and yoga. I take private pilates classes with Kourtney McCollugh and she has totally transformed my body. Pilates lengthens and strengthens all the little muscles in my body which has totally helped my golf swing. I do yoga to stay flexible!!

You gave birth to your daughter in 2017. How has motherhood changed your thoughts about diet and nutrition? Share your pre & postpartum regime.
Anna Rawson:
Motherhood is amazing and cooking/feeding my daughter has made me much more conscious about what I am putting in my body! I now tend to eat many more vegetables and good fats. I am less concerned with protein. When I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes so I couldn’t have any sugar. It was the most amazing thing because I couldn’t care less about sugar now and I learned a lot about keeping my blood sugar balanced. I really think that’s the key to feeling great. I follow the 80/20 rule as I don’t think depriving yourself is good either!
