The experience of building a role in 3 parts of the film has greatly strengthened my character. Laura has changed and I have changed as well – I gained a lot of self-confidence but also great humility for this profession. I’ve learned to put hard limits. I find it very easy to get to the top when you are working hard but it is very important to have respect for yourself and others. Otherwise, collapse is inevitable.

I drink a lot of water with lemon, I eat a lot of vegetables, and I don’t eat pork and processed food.

I’m trying to eat very healthy, and I can’t live without supplement these days. It’s very important to supplement your diet. Vitamins and minerals are essential to helping your body develop and function as it should.
I take Vitamin d, k, magnesium, b complex, biotin, zinc, selenium, omega 3 acids. I use natural cosmetics from brands I work with. I always pay attention to the composition and the lack of animal testing of cosmetics.

You have an extensive background in theatre. Upcoming, you will play the role of “Death” in Margules. Ausencia, is a biographical play about Ludwik Margules, a renowned Polish-born Mexican theatre, opera, and film director. Lukasz Witt- Michatowski is directing, and the play will have its premiere this Fall in Lublin at the Cultural Center. Tell us more about this theatrical play and drama in which you are acting?

Premier was at 2020. It was another amazing experience. Łukasz the director, me, Jarosław Tomica- actor who played Margules, the playwright and camera operator went on a trip to Mexico to do interviews with living associates of Ludwik Margules. From the collected materials, an extraordinary theatrical play was created, which combines a documentary film and a performance in one. We cooperated with Conjuro Teatro.
Currently, we dream of making a tour of Mexico and Poland with this performance, so that as many people as possible learn about the work of Ludwik Margules. He was a man of extraordinary creativity.
