Women Fitness talks about diets and fitness regime, do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine?
Angela Gospodinova:
I can’t say that I follow a certain diet. I try to eat more protein and a balanced diet, I hardly limit myself to anything, only the quantity. I have two favorite cuisines and I can’t decide which one is more favorite, they are Italian and Asian.
Namita Nayyar:
Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.
Angela Gospodinova:
Five favorite foods are: beef, rice, pizza, apples and pineapple.
Two things I try to limit: chocolate and sugar.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Angela Gospodinova:
Thank you for the compliment. Many years ago I stopped exhausting my hair with hair dyes, straighteners and anything that could burn it. Even in the summer I don’t have to dry it with a hair dryer, this adds a lot to its good look. I put on masks and nourishing oils, as a trick for a nice hairstyle in the summer season I smear it with coconut oil and combine the useful with the pleasant.

Social media is saturated right now, how do you feel about it? Tips on budding influencers who wish to make their move?
Angela Gospodinova:
I think when you’re persistent and have something to give to people, at some point things work out. The only thing I recommend is to do it with desire and love, not just because it’s fashionable.

Five athletic leisure brands you love to wear.
Angela Gospodinova:
Perhaps they are also one of the most popular, but quality is quality. My favorite sports brand is “Nike”, I also wear “Adidas”, “Under Armour” and “Puma”.

Five travel destinations on your wish list.
Angela Gospodinova:
In 2023, I was able to visit quite a few destinations that I wanted, for which I am very happy. The next five places I would visit are Tokyo, Paris, New York, Miami and Cuba.
