You are a TV Host, Sports Broadcaster, MMA Commentator for Combate Americas, Blogger, Actress and Producer. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Andrea Calle:
I really think I have excellent time management skills. I’m very organized and have learned to assess priorities in my day. I think also the passion and love I have for what I do, really helps me get things done. And if you really think about it everything I do relates with each other. I blog about things that are part of my lifestyle, health, beauty, fitness and travel, which are all part of being a broadcaster.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Andrea Calle:
Well, I am a gadget junky, which is one of the advantages I get from blogging, I get all this new machines, like the vibrating plates machine which I really love, I incorporate it in my regular routine. But I always go back to the basics, isometrics exercises, my squats and lunges, which will always be a females best friend and cardio.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Andrea Calle:
Well right now I’m not competing so I try to keep my diet as clean as possible, healthy carbs, brown rice, sweet potato, and I am pescetarian, so I don’t eat meats only fish, and high vegetables.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Ms. Andrea Calle:
Omg!!! My house if like an organic oil essences store. My skin is so sensitive and with all the makeup and stuff I have to really take care of my skin. I make my own moisturizer with a bunch of organic oils like coconut oil and also aloe vera. For my hair the same pumpkins seed oil and pepper mint oil I apply it to the roots for it to grow and coconut oil to the rest of the hair to keep it healthy.
