Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Anais Zanotti:
I love exercising. I do the split routine. I train one muscle part each day and once or twice per week I do a full body workout. I start with a 30 min cardio in the morning. I eat a small breakfast before so I have some fuel to burn, I do intervals training. For cardio I like the Stairmaster and the treadmill. Those are the best for legs since I am quad dominant.
It helps me to have my legs more proportionate with nice hamstrings. In the afternoon I focus on one muscle or two max, since my goal is to have more defined muscles. I do different exercises, I change my routine every other week, I keep in track of everything I do, I use a workout App call MT, stand for My Training where I report all my exercises including reps, weights and rest time.
My favorite is the full body workout, I usually do legs, core and shoulders. That’s the best if you are looking to tone up your body and for weight loss, you won’t need any cardio after that. For the full body workout I do the HIIT training, with very little to no rest in between sets. That will give you a great burn and will make your metabolism faster for the next few hours, so you will still loose calories. I also use the Full body workout as my cardio for shoulders day, legs day and back day. Only for 10 to 20 min to warm-up. Those days I don’t do cardio since my warm-up is intense.
I find myself burning many more calories doing the HIIT training for only 10 min than a whole hour of cardio at a steady pace. I recently got my NASM Personal Trainer Certification, my wish is to help other Women from all over the world to reach their goals. I will soon be offering Online Fitness training. I have my own channel on YouTube with some workout exercises. I just posted two HIIT training videos on my channel. I am shooting everyday right now my workout templates.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Anais Zanotti:
In my case it has always been a challenge. I have a Thyroid issue. Hypothyroid. It took me a while to find the perfect diet. I do not follow any dieting program and do not measure my food. But I find that eating small meals every three hours was effective. It speeds up my metabolism, I feel less tired, I have more energy, and I am more productive during the day.
Right now I am trying to gain muscle so each of my meals contain protein, vitamins and carbs. When I am trying to downsize and loose volume I do a low-carbs diet, but not for long. Carbs are the fuel, to be able to burn you need fuel, If it’s a day where I am not going to train as hard, then I eat less carbs. Everything is a balance. I cook all my meals and rarely eat out. My food is pretty clean, I love posting SnapChat about my recipes.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Anais Zanotti:
For my Skin I love doing the Hydrofacial, since I discover this treatment my skin became more healthy. I am trying to do it every month. I love going to the Doctor Acra clinic in Miami, they are the ones who take care of my skin. I also use a basic cream that he recommended to me and I found it the best for me since Miami weather is sunny, hot and humid, I use La Roche-Posay 60 UV protection and Clarins Baume “Special” Eye Contour Balm. For my hair I have tried so many brands but the best that works for me is Ogxbeauty, argan oil of Morocco.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about your experience of working as an actress in the role of Maria in the movie “Exposure” by Corey Feldman?
Ms. Anais Zanotti:
It was a great experience, from that I was able to be on IMDB.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are the only women the world who is a stunt woman & certified skydiver with over 1350 jumps and an internationally acclaimed supermodel. Tell more about your skydiving passion?
Ms. Anais Zanotti:
What I love about Skydiving is once you are in the air, you don’t think about anything else. You truly are in the moment. It’s the best therapy for me. It’s not what people think, that we are bunch of people jumping and doing crazy things. Every jump is planned with a goal, we usually jump with a group of friends. It takes a lot of training and thousands of jumps to be a real master.
It’s a very challenging sport, where you never stop learning to fly. What I love the most is free flying and freestyle, It’s just so relaxing, to be able to move around, going from fast to slow speed, changing directions, and linking up with my friends in free fall. I am also a very conservative Skydiver. When it’s too windy or gusty I avoid jumping.
