I’m all about the booty workouts. I love them and I feel so good afterwards.

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Alexa Collins:
I do a lot of different ab exercises. I love the basics though. Sit ups and the Russian Twist are my favoite!
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Alexa Collins:
I try to eat really healthy during the week. I’m on a meal plan with a local company here in South Florida called Ideal Nutrition. I get a week’s supply of healthy, low-calorie meals that are easy to eat.
