What exercises is an integral part of your home workout routine? Five must-do mornings stretches. How do you like to unwind in the night?
Alejandra Gil:
For me, the most integral and important part every day before any training is stretching, joint mobility and exercises with bands to activate the body.
Namita Nayyar:
It is known that you love Cross fit training. Tell us more about your Cross fit routine?
Alejandra Gil:
During normal times, pre COVID-19, I try to train 2 times a day at 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM and then from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM. If not, I can do a single longer session in the morning.
Namita Nayyar:
Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to a slim torso.
Alejandra Gil:
My food before training in nutritional values is 30 grams of carbs, 7.5 to 15 grams of healthy fat and 20 grams of protein. The sources of these macronutrients vary every day. After the training only increases about 15 grams or 30 carbohydrates but the rest is equal accompanied by a lot of green salad.
The secret is that there is no secret. Eat right and burn more calories than you consume.

Favourite meal of the day? What does it contain?
Alejandra Gil:
My favourite food of the day is snacks around 4 pm. It usually contains dried nuts, seeds, fruits, Whey Protein or Greek Yogurt.
