Do you want to eat healthier but struggle to find the time to cook? Have you been feeling a bit low on energy? Then these delicious smoothies, packed full of vitamins and nutrients, are for you! They couldn’t be easier to make and if you find it difficult to eat the seven pieces of fruit or vegetable, recommended to everyone by the government, they will be a life changer.
Unfortunately, it isn’t as simple as blending fruit and ice, that won’t keep you satisfied and doesn’t provide the protein or carbs required in a healthy balanced diet. If you are drinking your smoothie alongside workouts at the gym, they will help your muscles to recover and help provide the energy required to get you through the day. To add extra health benefits, without effecting the taste why not add some CBD oil to your juice or smoothie?
