GRILLED HOT WINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 10-13 ounces Chicken wing raw, with skin

  • 0.4 teaspoon Salt

  • 0.4 teaspoon Pepper

  • 0.4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 3/16 cup Hot Pepper Sauce

METHOD

1. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on chicken wings. Cook wings on grill until almost done. 
2. Approximately 5 minutes before wings are done, baste on both sides with hot sauce.
