Take care of your & loved one's heart this weekend by participating
in the Valentine's Day Race 5K,
10K and 15K on Saturday in your town. If there is not an official one taking
place, you can plan one of your own. Decide on the time that best suits both
of you and choose a track that is beautiful and special to both of you. You
will lots of fond memories coming back while you run or jog down the path.

Plan a sweaty Yoga: A number of gyms will be hosting a free,
open-to-the-public yoga classes geared toward couples this valentine. Get
lucky and become a part of this class with your partner for a sweaty yoga
session. One example of this sweaty yoga session will be at Philadelphia,
all day long on Friday, at all nine area Sweat Fitness locations, staffers
will hand out free champagne and berries at the front desk�a fun little
pick-me-up after (or before, if that�s your jam) your workout. Then at 7:30
p.m. at all locations, the gyms will host a free, open-to-the-public BYO

Go Soul Cycling: Go indoor cycling with your loved one on
February 14, this valentine with soulcycle,
the indoor cycling brand. Bring a date to select SoulCycle classes for free.

Go Fitness Camping: Barry's
Bootcamp in Chelsea is offering the chance to work out for free where Barry
Jay himself will host a dance party, or �love rehab,� featuring a live DJ
exclusively spinning popular anti-love anthems like Kelly Clarkson�s �Since
U Been Gone,� Cee-Lo Green�s �F*ck You!,� and pretty much anything by Pink .
On February 14, new clients are welcome to a complimentary "Full Body
Friday" class combining interval-based cardio with strength training. You
can also build up a boot camp with your friends. Create 10-16 stations and
blue tac them up on the walls (if you are in a park you could blue tac them
against dumbbells). Put the individuals in pairs and have them choose a
station to start on.

Cardio Dance: Go and
burn it out at a Valentine Special Cardio Dance Class.
