Zara is an Influencer and Fashion Model signed by the agency Nemesis Models. She has worked with brands such as Pretty Little Thing, Pink Boutique and FashionNova.
Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up Zara Chase, an exceptionally talented Influencer and Fashion Model here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, hair care, skincare and her success story.
Namita Nayyar:
Where were you born? Tell us about your early childhood and education. Later you started working as a model in the UK with Nemesis models, now your career is propelled of an Instagram sensation to the height where you have been at the top of the world of fashion and glamour modeling with impressive 256k Instagram followers. Tell us more about this journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?
Zara Chase:
I was born in Hayward’s Heath, West Sussex. I went to Lingfield College, a private school in Surrey and later in 2020 I graduated with a 2:1 in Law from the University of Brighton. At university I had started to grow my Instagram and after graduating, while working as a Paralegal at a law firm, I signed with Nemesis Models. I was using my annual leave so that I could attend shoots and when I started being booked by more brands I made the decision to model full-time and continue building my rapidly growing Instagram. Consistency is key with this industry. There’s always another girl ready to take your place if you say no to that brand or prioritize something else. You have to be on top of your game 24/7 or you’ll be replaced very quickly. I put in 100% effort into my career.
Namita Nayyar:
You are one of the leading model and star of Instagram. Tell us more about this endeavor of yours and how it had been a catalyst to turn you such an epitome of glamour, beauty, and elegance?
Zara Chase:
Thank you, that’s so kind! I’m still growing though and I have a lot more I would like to achieve. I think the moment I went full-time with Instagram and modeling is the moment my Instagram took off. I spend a lot of time on self-care too; they taught us the importance of that at Nemesis. When you present yourself to a client, it’s important to have well maintained hair, skin and nails and to just look after yourself in general. I’m very grateful to Nemesis for helping me succeed in my career.
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us more about an exceptional career achievement of yours and how this has been a turning point in your modeling and Instagram star career?
Zara Chase:
I’ve actually just been booked for a brand’s summer campaign shoot in Ibiza. I’m very excited to be working abroad and I feel so lucky that I can call this work. Of course, signing to my agency has also been a huge achievement.
Namita Nayyar:
You are a world-leading media personality, Instagram star, model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Zara Chase:
I have an amazing agent, Rosy who handles all my model bookings and an amazing manager, Mollie who organizes all my influencer work. Organization is crucial to manage the different areas of work I do. Unlike a 9 to 5, my job is 24/7 and Rosy even emails me on Sundays to confirm shoot details.
Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Zara Chase:
I love cardio! It’s so good for my mental health. I find it relieves stress and gets me ready for the day. I usually do 30 minutes on the stair master and I vary the intensity. After this, I do some resistance or weight training focusing on whatever area of my body i’m training that day.

Namita Nayyar:
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Zara Chase:
I’m intolerant to dairy so I avoid it as much as I can. I never eat cheese or milk, I opt for almond milk instead. I also avoid bread, pasta, cereal and a few other foods. A typical dinner for me is chicken, tender stem broccoli and truffle mash or rice. I also love sushi! Of course, I always treat myself too if I feel like I want to. Everything in moderation.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Zara Chase:
Thank you so much! For hair, I swear by KB Hair extensions products (@kbhairextensions on Instagram). I love a hair mask. For skin, I use St. Ives face scrub, 111 skin under eye masks, Elemis marine cream and khiels avocado eye cream. If my skin is extra dry, I use Weleda skin food it’s unbeatable!
Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fashion model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling?
Zara Chase:
For modeling, my best advice is to practice poses in the mirror at home and build your confidence. The modeling world is full of rejection and you need to be thick skinned to make it. When you’re ready, take Polaroid’s at home and build a portfolio to send off to agencies or try freelancing. For Instagram, consistency is everything. Posting frequently is the best way to grow a following and increase engagement.
Namita Nayyar:
You have done bold photo shoots with Instagram and many others. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Zara Chase:
My confidence has definitely grown as my career has progressed and I’ve established myself in the industry. It’s hard with social media for girls to feel confident sometimes as it’s easy to compare yourself to others. My best advice is to only compete with yourself and know your self-worth.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Zara Chase:
I naturally have toned abs I’m very lucky! But to add definition, I do Russian twists – 3 sets of 30 reps with a 12kg kettle bell and I plank for 2 minutes.
Namita Nayyar:
Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep it to a minimum.
Zara Chase:
I love sushi, tenderstem broccoli, carrots and hummus, avocado on wholegrain toast and grilled salmon. When I’m being unhealthy, I love chocolate! I definitely have a sweet tooth. I also love steak with truffle chips, cheesecake and mini cheddars. I try to only eat unhealthy foods at weekends.
Namita Nayyar:
Some skincare myths.
Zara Chase:
I’ve been told about toothpaste on spots and this definitely doesn’t work. It ends up burning your skin and aggravating the affected area. I’ve also been told over washing /exfoliating your skin is bad. In my opinion you should listen to your own skin and if your skin is oily, washing it more often is probably beneficial.
Namita Nayyar:
Five athletic leisure brands you love to wear.
Zara Chase:
I love Ryder Wear, it’s an Australian brand. I also love GymShark, Bo+Tee and Nike. Prettylittlething’s sportswear is also good and a cheaper option.
Namita Nayyar:
Five travel destinations on your wish list.
Zara Chase:
I would love to visit Thailand, New York, LA, Maldives and any of the Caribbean islands.
Namita Nayyar:
What do you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and the message for its visitors?
Zara Chase:
The website is amazing for showcasing inspirational women who have shown that fitness is a lifestyle and can be tailored to an individual’s own needs. The website gives a positive message to its visitors and highlights that the most important thing is to be healthy.
Namita Nayyar:
Your idea of a perfect date?
Zara Chase:
Doing something fun like mini golf where it’s laid back and you can get to know the person you’re with. Drinks are always a good option too.
Namita Nayyar:
Today social media plays a vital role in putting your message across to your followers and fans. What is your message for the 256k followers on Instagram?
Zara Chase:
I want my followers to know that you can achieve anything if you want it enough and to not to be scared if you decide to switch careers. I spent my younger years working towards a career in law and it was scary to switch from law to modeling at first as I’d invested so much time and effort into securing a job at a law firm. However I look back now and I am so glad I did it.
