Your love for sports has been visible since the age of 4 when you were engaged in rhythmic gymnastics, and also in synchronized swimming. Presently are you able to engage in these sports?
Ms. Yana Koshkina:
First of all I would like to thank my mother. She never let me be on bed, even if I was tired, or lazy, everyday starting from four years old, she took to me for rhythmic gymnastics every single day. In this sport, I achieved a lot of success, thanks to my mum. Rhythmic gymnastics and swimming put a very big mark on my appearance and on my character. Thanks to these sports that I have a very healthy body and I’m well educated. Nowadays, because of my busy schedule I don’t have many opportunities to take out time for sports and do them everyday. But atleast 3 days a week, I try to do a sport.

Being an actress, fitness is of utmost importance. Unfold the exercises that comprise your fitness regime on a daily basis?

Whatever it takes, I make sure to I run atleast 5 kilometers near my house, everyday.

I have tried many diets in my whole life but I never had to follow it because I have never been unhealthy. But it has been interesting to try out these diets. I could do them for only two weeks since they were very hard for me. I think that you should have diet that you can easily follow for your whole life. I try to eat healthy along with doing sports, this is the right way to live a healthy life.
