Incline Cable Crossover


Muscles worked: Upper chest, pectoralis: major and minor


  • Standing grasp the handles of cables attached to Overhead pulleys, step forward a little bit ahead of the line directly between the pulleys, and extend your arms almost straight out to either side. 

  •  Lean forward a little from your waist, now bring your hands around in an arcing motion as if you were giving someone a big hug, keep your elbow slightly bent, and contract your chest muscles completely. 

  • On each rep of this exercise, alternate which hand crosses over the other.


  • Don't lock your elbows, bend your arms slightly at the elbow and keep them bent throughout the movement.

  • Maintain proper body alignment all through the exercise.
