Incline Cable Crossover

Upper chest, pectoralis: major and minor
Instructions:

Standing grasp the handles of cables attached to Overhead pulleys, step
forward a little bit ahead of the line directly between the pulleys, and
extend your arms almost straight out to either side.

Lean forward a little from your waist, now bring your hands around
in an arcing motion as if you were giving someone a big hug, keep your elbow
slightly bent, and contract your chest muscles completely.

On each rep of this exercise, alternate which hand crosses over the other.
Don'ts

Don't lock your elbows, bend your arms slightly at the elbow and keep them
bent throughout the movement.

Maintain proper body alignment all through the exercise.
