Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Weronika Rosatian exceptionally talented Polish Actress; here she talks about her workout, diet, beauty secrets and her success story.
Namita Nayyar:
You started actor’s studies at the National Film School in Łódź, later studied at the Jan Machulski Private Drama School in Warsaw, Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Theatres in Los Angeles and Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City. You took to start your career as an actress as you debuted in the Polish Television series Klasa na obcasach in 2000. This propelled your acting career to the height where you have been at the top of the world as an international actress. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?
Weronika Rosati:
It may sound like a fairy tale but it’s more like a childhood dream that became a lifelong passion. To be honest its actually hard work and sacrifice that requires enormous patience and determination. You got to love what you do to be happy especially in harder times. But loving what I do is my freedom.
Namita Nayyar:
A healthy morning ritual that you follow every day for glowing skin and a healthy body?
Weronika Rosati:
I try to go to bed the earliest possible to get my beauty sleep. First thing in the morning I like to put some facial oils like rosehip oil and I pour it into my skin with a quartz face roller. It promotes blood circulation and takes off some post sleep puffiness. My face looks more glowy. Then I drink my matcha green tea and do my work out. I like to have my exercises done before I start the day – it gives me great energy and my body wakes up.
Namita Nayyar:
What motivated you to join the modeling industry? Share input about your first project.
Weronika Rosati:
I am an actress but being one in today’sshow business makes you become along the way also a model, an influencer, an activist etc. I had the great luck and privilege to work with some well-known photographers like Randall Slavin and Marcin Tyszka or Paola Kudacki. My “Modeling” jobs where as an actress though- I was a spokeperson for Pantene and Avon among others. I appeared on covers of magazines such as “Glamour” or “Cosmopolitan” when some of my new projects where coming out. I was invited by Anja Rubik to pose for her prestigious limited edition magazine but I considered it more like an adventure. It’s the fun part of my job.
